Check us for dates.  January, February and March are booked monthly only.  Bookings for more than one month during high season should be made a year in advance. Reservations require a 50% deposit and final payment 75 days before checkin.  Security deposits are $500 and returned 24 days after checkout.   Billing is done through Stripe for your billing privacy.  All credit cards accepted. Cancellations must be made prior to 60 days before checkin.  In case of emergency we will make every effort to rebook your dates.
