Your Mazatlan beach condo sits on the breaking waves and your personal balcony is the ocean seawall with six private steps to the sand.    Ocean waves reverberate through the home.     The ocean patios are very large with a floor of stone blasted marble and a low marble tiled wall.  This wall, made for sitting is the actual sea wall and holds back high waves.  Architect custom designed residence:  decorated in Mexican Colonial from the beautiful city of Tlaquepaque with washed adobe walls, antique carved furniture.   The floors are done in Mexican ties with hand painted Talavera tile inserts.  The walls are painted in old Colonial Mexico with a blue hand rubbed base and a terracotta strip.  Home is filled with fine examples of Mexican art.
